How to Use Lavender Essential Oil as an Antihistamine
There are two ways to use Lavender Essential Oil as an antihistamine: diffusion and topical application.
For diffusion, add 3-4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil to a diffuser and let it run for 30 minutes to an hour. For best results, do this 2-3 times per day during allergy season or when you are experiencing allergy symptoms.
To use Lavender Essential Oil topically, add 3-4 drops of lavender essential oil to a carrier oil such as jojoba oil or coconut oil. Apply the mixture to your chest and/or back and massage into the skin. You can also apply the mixture to your temples, across your nose, on the bottom of your big toe, and/or neck.
